BROWNSEA SWIM 2010

  2010 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

The date of the 2010 swim is set for 25th July, starting approx 08.40hrs to 09:00hrs.

 

STANDING ORDER: We have combined both the Annual Membership Fee and the weekly swim fee and divided it into 12 monthly payments for any one wishing to spread the cost of membership by Standing Order. The deal works out at a saving of approx £15.00 per member per year. The Monthly Fees are £8.50 for Juniors and £9.25 for Seniors. See Irene for more details
ANNUAL FEES stay the same as last year: Supporter Member: £10.00 Associate Member : £15:00 Junior Member (U18): £20:00 Senior Member £30:00 The weekly swim fees will stay the same at £2:00 for members and £3:50 for non members.
Still good value for money we feel.


RLSS Poole Continue Winning  NATIONAL SPEED CHAMPIONSHIPSPS 2010

The Boscawen Indoor Twilight was a huge success with 6 Men's Teams, 6 Junior Teams, 2 Ladies Teams and 1 Master Ladies Team taking part. RLSS Poole Lifeguard fielded two teams in the Men's section with one of the teams winning the competition. Well done to the eight members who travelled down and represented the club. See the competition section for more news and a photo of the team.
The next Indoor Twilight
will be hosted by RLSS Poole Lifeguard and therefore take place at the Dolphin Swimming Pool on Thursday the 18th March 2010 starting at 20:00hrs. Registration from 19:30hrs

After many years of failing to get our act in gear we have finally managed to gain entry to the  Annual RLSS National Speed Championships in Sheffield at the end of February 2010. The following members (Mike Darkin, Rupert Smith, Neil Hamp, Casey Pennington, Anita Kovacs and Mark Shakles) will be competing in various individual and team events. They will also be soaking up the atmosphere for the competition  and seeing the standard of fellow competitors to to bring all that back and fuel the club into getting more ,members involved in what has to be the very exciting and challenging venture of Life Saving Sport.
