As part of our working in Partnership with the RNLI Lifeguards, one of our younger members Rupert Smith has enjoyed a busy summer as a volunteer youth member training and working with the paid guards at Sandbanks in Poole.

Rupert put in over 50 voluntary hours on the beach this year and the following report is his account of how he got on as RNLI lifeguard support volunteer.
