the notes below before proceeding.
Each Membership
Application must be backed up with 1 x Membership Form
NOTE:
Only use for Annual Membership Payment, NOT for you swim
fees.
YOU WILL
have the option of paying via PayPal, Debit
Card,
Credit Card.
ADD ONLY 1 line item to the Cart, for each
membership form.
MAKE A
NOTE of the PAYPAL Transaction and add it to
the Membership Form.
REMEMBER ONLY
complete 1 transaction for each MEMBERSHIP FORM.
NOTE
Enter the First and Last Name of Member for each line
added to the cart.
Return your completed Membership Form to the Membership
Secretary on the club desk on a Thursday Night. (i.e the
person ticking the swim register) or scan it and send it
to the email address:
membership@rlss-poole.org.uk
